Suki & Yoshi

The girls are doing great. Yesterday's first visit went fantastic, they both came up to me all wags and were happy to go outside. I did have to give Suki a quick bath this morning as she had a bit of mess on her from some soft poo. Thankfully she was very cooperative and it went quickly. Other than that, they have been quite the snugglers and very happy girls!

Keiso & Nala

Noooo, I don't want you to come home tomorrow! Ok, I know Keiso and Nala will be thrilled to have you back home but I will miss them :(
Today was a grass rolling, romping in the sun and having fun kind of day. I love watching when they get the crazy rolls and start waving those paws in the air. Have a safe trip!

Bud, Gizmo & Shiloh

Had a great romp in the backyard tonight. After a miserably hot day, the evening was breezy and cool(er) so we all took advantage of it. Bud and Gizmo were chasing eachother around- too cute! The puppers send lots of kisses and tail wags.

Keiso & Nala

*waves* Hope you are having a fantabulous time on your trip! Keiso & Nala are being their usual adorable selves. In fact, I think you have to go away alot more or I am going to just have to stop by and get snuggles from Keiso alot more often! We had a great day today, lots of bouncing around and being silly- Nala gave us the "you two are nuts and I am going to bark at you" look :)

Bud, Gizmo & Shilo

Beautiful night out after a very hot and humid day. The pups and I took advantage of that and spent the whole time playing in the yard. Gizmo is now my constant shadow, kind of velcroed to me :) and I am loving every minute of it. Shilo seems to prefer the other side of the yard by the side gate. Each time we go out, she heads over there to check out the goings on in the neighborhood. Bud is being his usual lovey self.

What a change in Gizmo from the last series of visits! It took just a few refresher minutes when I got there this afternoon and then all was good. He even begged to be up in my lap. All puppers got lots of TLC, scritches and lounging in the sun time.

Keiso & Nala

Well, Nala does great with the cream as long as I give her a treat and let her stand while I put it on. I figured whatever works! Keiso has learned that if he gives me the puppy dog face when Nala gets her peanut butter, he gets a lick too. Gee, who would have imagined they would have me wrapped around their paws :)

Peanut & Snuggles

The buns did pretty well for the first visit. Snuggles did thump at me a few times but I wasn't too surprised due to all the upheaval lately. It took awhile for them to want to come out of their corner safe zone.

Keiso & Nala

Keiso & Nala have been very silly pups today. Both this morning and afternoon visit they just had to roll all over in the grass with utter abandon! Nala took her pill just fine but was not thrilled about giving me access to her belly, but with time, patience and a few well placed scritches, she finally did let me. Both send lots of kisses and tail wags!

Buttercup, Cheeto, Mouser & piggies

Buttercup is a riot! He gets so excited when we play with his toys, he can hardly contain himself. Mouser is still hiding for the most part, only quick glimpses. The piggies of course are always happy- they equate me with food :)

Carson & Izzy

Izzy must have sat in my lap half upside down for close to 10 minutes. She is always affectionate but especially so today. I must have smelled tasty- she did the rub rub rub, purr, chomp! Carson was very affectionate today as well. He greeted me at the front door with a purr. Too bad my camera phone still scares him a bit, I can't seem to get a good shot of him. 

Harley, Peanut & Squirt

I am utterly convinced that if we did not convince Harley that she has to go back inside, she would be quite content to soak up the sun on the deck all day long! Peanut has been full of spunk, it must be the cooler, less humid weather. Squirt is still giving me that "I know your going to eat me" look, just not as often :) They all said bark arf bark woof (which means "We miss you and send lots of kisses").
As you can tell, Harley is having a rough day. Can't make up her mind which is the best position to get the most sun. 

Buttercup, Cheeto, Mouser and the piggys

What a greeting I got at the door! Buttercup and Cheeto both did their little bulldog happy snort dance, making me a very happy sitter. The piggies of course greeted me with lots of squeaks knowing that it was treat time. Sadly, Mouser did not make an appearance tonight.

Izzy & Carson

All is well with Izzy and Carson :) Izzy of course continues to be our constant companion and Carson is warming up and being more lovey each visit.

Harley, Peanut & Squirt

Beautiful day out today! Was warm but the humidity was finally down a bit. Everyone enjoyed their outside time, so much in fact that they didn't want to go back inside :)
I just got off the phone with Missy as she was doing today's visits. She is over right now tucking everyone in and giving lots of scritches. They all send lots of kisses. (Awww, look at that face! Don't you just want to hug her and squeeze her and love her?!)

Carson & Izzy

The kitties are doing great. Izzy has both Missy and myself wrapped around her little paws! Both kitties enjoyed playing with the toys today and were very happy at canned food time. No new pics today, no one wanted to sit still ;)

Carson & Izzy

Izzy is such a lovebug! She cracks me up with how vocal she gets if you stop petting her, I love the trills she does. Carson is doing great too, he is more shy than Izzy and takes a few minutes to come out of hiding but warms up quickly (I think opening the canned food helps). I had the hardest time getting a picture of Izzy. Each time I pulled out the camera phone, she would walk up and want to investigate. Both kitties send lots of headbutts and purrs. As you can see in the picture, she just woke up from a nap, all the others were Izzy blurs.

Harley, Peanut & Squirt

The pups are all doing great! Peanut was sound asleep when I got there this afternoon and poor girl was quite confused when I woke her up. I tried to be as gentle as possible so as not to startle her. Squirt is coming around, I hope this trip will give us lots of time to get to know eachother better. Harley on the other hand is my constant companion, other than when she wants to soak up the sun. That took quite a bit of convincing her that it was time to come in. She did not want to move off the deck!

Mia, Rusty & Rosie

Had a great night visit. Rusty and I visited with the neighbors next door and he got extra scritches :) Each visit, he gets more comfortable and even whaps me with his paw if I am not petting him enough!

Casper & Holly

Breakthrough day, as you can see by the pictures. Both Casper and Holly were more interested in the treats than hissing or stalking me- there is hope!! :) Seriously though, I knew they would come around. It will be a few more visits until they are comfortable but I know it will happen. I just have to take it slow and go on their time.

Mia, Rusty & Rosie

Color me surprised, Mia & Rosie were both out tonight! Granted it was only briefly but wow.
Rusty is doing great, by the second visit, he was treating me like an old friend. I love how happy he gets when you take out his leash! He also felt comfortable enough to eat while I was in the kitchen. He wasn't too sure about my camera phone though, so no pictures tonight. Hopefully tomorrow :)

Casper & Holly

Well today was a switch, Casper was in the living room when I got there! He is still not sure about me but gladly accepted the treats :)  Holly was her usual self, she did follow me downstairs to make sure I scooped the litter boxes to her liking and of course was rather insistent that I give her her treat...right now... As you can see by the look on her face, I was not doing her bidding fast enough.

Brahms

Brahms is just the sweetest boy, I adore spending time with him! It rained on and off but we managed to get in a couple nice long walks.  Awww, just look at that face, how can you not adore him???

Snickers & Summit

"Well, Summit and Snickers have sure made me feel like I'm at home...they hog the bed almost as bad as my kids do! :)
We are getting along famously, they are such great pups. Snickers was a little shy at first but has warmed up well. I don't think Summit has a shy bone in his body and has given LOTS of kisses!

Brahms

What a sweetie boy Brahms is, I am so glad I get to spend time with him again! Lots of TLC and scritches after potty time outside. Storm in the area kept us from being outside too long. Of course, Brahms was quite content to get lots of attention. He sends kisses to everyone. Hopefully tomorrow when it is light out I can get a shot of him for you.

Casper & Holly

It was a good day today, Holly did not attack my feet/ankles once ;) She still gave me the evil eye a couple times, especially when I was too slow with the treats for her taste. Casper was once again on the bed when I arrived, looking all comfy. It's going to be slow getting to know these two but I am sure I will win them over soon.

Snickers & Summit

Missy said that Snickers was a bit of a bed hog last night. Summit started up on the bed but by the middle of the night was on the floor as Snickers was stretched out across the whole bottom. Lots of fun and snuggle time today, they are both on their best behavior and Missy is having a great time with them. They both send lots of kisses your way!

Chiyo & Mia

Well, Miss Mia was out and cautiously friendly again today :) I think she knows that if she doesn't come up for canned food while I am there, Chiyo will eat it! Kitties are both doing well. Chiyo was a happy cat when I opened up the blinds for a little look outside time. They both send headbutts and purrs.

Snickers & Summit

Snickers and Summit are all snuggled in and having a blast with Missy. They took to her right away, as I knew they would. I am jealous that she is getting all the time with them tonight and look forward to my visits with them.

Casper & Holly

They guys were working when I stopped by earlier and the kitties were obviously not happy about them being there. Holly did come right out and take a few treats but then decided it would be fun to stalk me. She followed me from room to room. I am hoping the other visits will be a bit more calm without all the noise going on and they will be able to relax more. Casper was hanging out on the bed and was happy to get a couple treats.

Chiyo & Mia

Hope you had a great flight! Chiyo greeted me at the door and pretty much stuck by my side the whole visit. Mia actually came out to eat some canned food and let me pet her- she rubbed up against me even! I managed a quick cell phone picture before she headed off.

Idgy, Jellobee, Leo & Napoleon

Well, Mother Nature decided to rain on us quite a bit today- dang Memorial Tournament! Thankfully, there were a couple breaks in the downpours so we got to have some outside play time. Jellobee is funny, each time the girls and I go outside, he is standing there at the door on hind legs, watching us. Wasn't quick enough to catch a picture though.

Idgy, Jellobee, Leo & Napoleon

 Everyone is doing wonderful, although Idgy & Napoleon were not happy with this mornings rain storm! Missy has been doing the visits the past couple days and is completely in love with everyone. She too is pleasantly surprised at how much Idgy has come out of her shell since the new addition :)
